Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery — Canada Enhanced Entrance ships to commercial and institutional addresses across Canada. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery to most destinations is 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates; carrier delays are outside our control.
Free Shipping Threshold Orders of $1,000 CAD or more (before taxes) qualify for complimentary standard shipping to most Canadian destinations.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products Custom-cut mats and special-order products require additional lead time. Please allow 5–10 business days for production prior to shipment. Lead times are noted on individual product pages. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.
Remote Area Surcharge Delivery to certain remote or Northern Canadian locations may incur an additional freight surcharge. Where this applies, the surcharge will be displayed at checkout or we will contact you before processing to confirm the additional cost or offer a full cancellation.
Freight and Large-Volume Orders Oversized, bulky, or large-volume commercial orders may require freight carrier delivery. If your order qualifies, we will contact you to coordinate. Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged — please ensure your facility is equipped to receive and handle large shipments.
Delivery Attempts For freight and carrier deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, storage fees may begin accruing. We will contact you during the second failed attempt to resolve before fees apply.
Damaged Shipments Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at brian@enhancedentrance.ca. Retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Order Changes and Cancellations In-stock orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For purchase order or account billing inquiries, contact us directly.
