Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@enhancedentrance.ca before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Custom-cut, custom-size, or made-to-order mats
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered
- Products returned without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
Damages and Shipping Issues Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@enhancedentrance.ca or 778-875-4957. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, and retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved. We will not be able to process damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges For incorrect or defective items, we will arrange a replacement once the original item is returned and inspected. For product changes or substitutions, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@enhancedentrance.ca.
